After work, I had my (daily) meeting with my local campaign team. We worked on two significant aspects of my campaign that I will take into the community this weekend – a residents survey and a leaflet outlining my main goals for Fortune Green. While this campaign’s duration is relatively short, I want to make sure that I am able to listen to and raise as many residents’ concerns as possible so that the council is forced to act on issues that are important to the local people.

I motivated myself to go to the gym in the evening after realising that I haven’t been since I was selected. (Then again…canvassing counts as Lose Weight Exercise right?!)
